NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made to CareQ are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to our services.

1. Overview

At CareQ, we strive to provide the best healthcare appointment booking and patient management service. However, due to the nature of our digital services and the resources allocated upon subscription activation, all payments are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all subscription plans and services offered by CareQ.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription plans, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly subscription plans
  • Quarterly subscription plans
  • Annual subscription plans
  • Custom enterprise plans
  • Add-on services or features
  • Setup fees or implementation charges
  • Training or consultation services
  • SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication credits
  • Data migration or customization services

3. Free Trial Period

We strongly encourage all new users to take advantage of our free trial period to evaluate our service before making a purchase:

  • Free trial duration: 14 days (or as specified at the time of registration)
  • No payment required during the trial period
  • Full access to features during the trial
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charges
  • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan

Once payment is made after the trial period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Subscription Plans

CareQ offers various subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) for healthcare providers. Please note:

  • All subscription fees are charged in advance
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable regardless of usage
  • No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be issued
  • Unused portions of the subscription period will not be refunded

5. Cancellation Policy

While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:

  • Log in to your account and go to subscription settings
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  • Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle

6. Disputed or Duplicate Charges

In exceptional cases of technical errors resulting in duplicate or incorrect charges:

  • Contact our support team immediately through the Contact Page
  • Provide your account details and transaction information
  • Our team will investigate the issue within 3-5 business days
  • If a genuine technical error is confirmed, appropriate corrections will be made

Please note that refunds for duplicate or erroneous charges are issued only at our sole discretion after thorough verification and are limited to confirmed technical errors on our part.

7. Service Availability

Regarding service downtime and technical issues:

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • No refunds will be issued for service interruptions or downtime
  • In case of extended outages, we may provide service credits at our discretion
  • Service credits, if provided, cannot be exchanged for cash refunds

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Termination of all services
  • Loss of access to your data and configurations
  • Possible legal action to recover the disputed amount plus associated costs

We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

9. No Exceptions

This no-refund policy applies universally, regardless of:

  • Change in business circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with the service (we encourage using the free trial first)
  • Lack of usage of the service
  • Technical difficulties on the user's end
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Closure of healthcare facility
  • Medical emergencies or personal circumstances

We make no exceptions to this policy except in cases of verified technical errors as described in Section 6.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. Any purchases made before policy changes will remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
